What is the Fv-IgG format in bispecific antibody (BsAb) design?

Fv-IgG is a type of appended IgG molecule. It consists of a full-length IgG antibody that has been engineered to include an additional Fv fragment (paired VH and VL domains) from a second antibody, typically fused to the N-terminus of the original heavy or light chains. This creates a molecule capable of binding two different antigens or epitopes simultaneously.
