Prrestige Springwood New Launched Apartments

The Prestige Group is working on a new apartment project called Prestige Springwood. It will be located in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, which is a high-growth area. It was built on 2 acres of land, with 80% of the area left open and only 20% used for building. There are four beautiful towers in the project, each with 180 apartments. The floor plans show units with 3 and 4 bedrooms that are between 1600 and 1900 square feet. Prices range from Rs. 2.40 crore to Rs. 5.2 crores. The project is now at the Expression of Interest (EOI) or Pre-Launch stage. The project will take four years to finish, and the date of possession is slated for December 2030.
