What Are the Best Tips for Care of Kalanchoe Flower?

You know Kalanchoe care is super easy, which is good thing for anyone just starting out with plants. To be honest, it is a really good choice for beginners because it is not too finicky. Kalanchoe is a bit of a sun-seeker and does its best in bright, indirect light - a sunny windowsill is usually ideal for it. Just be mindful that if the light isn't strong enough it won't get enough of a flowering boost, but if its getting blasted direct sunlight then its leaves might start to get scorched.

When it comes to the soil, Kalanchoe likes it dry and well-draining - so don't overwater the poor thing. Stick your finger in the top layer of soil and only water when its starting to feel dry to touch. Its a succulent after all, so it stores water in the leaves and can handle short dry spells now and then.

A bit of regular maintenance and you'll have a healthy thriving plant that produces beautiful flowers. Remove the dead flowers once they've faded because it's the only way you'll get new ones, and trim back any stems that are getting a bit leggy. A balanced fertilizer once a month will also give it a bit of a boost - especially if you want more flowers.
