Century Mirai is Century Group's recently disclosed luxury gated residential community. It is located in Marathalli, East Bangalore and spans 14.99 acres. Century Mirai Floor Plan project includes 1 to 6 BHK homes set among five large towers. Their sizes vary from 1375 square feet to 3115 sf, with prices starting at Rs. 2.16 crore. These prices are projected to grow upon project completion. Century Mirai Address apartment rentals begin at Rs. 30K for a 1 BHK flat and go up to Rs. 1.5 Lakhs for a 6 BHK unit. The flat's rental rate is dictated by its location and extent. These rents also include maintenance fees that must be paid monthly.
