Early bird prices for a 1 BHK apartment in Sobha World City start at Rs. 85 lakhs for 703 square feet. Prices for a 2 BHK apartment start at Rs. 1.2 crores for 1015 to 1213 square feet, and prices for a 3 BHK apartment start at Rs. 1.8 crores for 1511 to 1811 square feet. For 2102 to 2407 square feet, 4 BHK homes cost between 2.5 crores and 2.8 crores.

The real pre-launch price for a square foot in Sobha World City is Rs. 12,608, but these prices will change when building starts after the official launch.

Since December 20, 2025, Sobha Limited has been building beautiful housing towns in Hoskote, East Bangalore. One of them is Sobha World City.

It takes up more than 48 acres and is on 300 acres of land all together. The site has 5406 homes that range in size from 1 to 4 BHK. The sizes of these units range from 703 to 2407 square feet, and they are being sold at good pre-launch prices. The idea is still being worked on. The project will be finished on December 20, 2031, and the keys will be turned over by December 31, 2031.

The RERA approval process for this project is still going on, and the approval should be given by May 2026.
