Thoughts on integrating a collaborative group-card tool with email delivery — using SendWishOnline

Hello everyone,

I’ve been working on a small web tool — SendWishOnline.com — which allows users to create group birthday / greeting cards together (multiple people can add messages, images, signatures), and then send them as email-ready or shareable digital cards.

I’m curious about best practices when integrating such a tool with an email-delivery or marketing-tech stack:

For generating personalized group greetings and sending to multiple recipients, what patterns or libraries would you recommend (bulk email vs individual emails, template-based rendering, tracking opens)?

How to handle user privacy and consent when multiple people contribute but the final card is sent to one recipient — what are common pitfalls?

If we wanted to embed analytics (e.g. track card opened, link clicked, share count), what would be efficient and ethical ways to do it?

If anyone’s interested, you can check the prototype here: digital birthday cards

I’d appreciate feedback, especially around email-integration and privacy/consent aspects.

Thanks for your time!
