Issue with Spanish Email Templates Not Displaying Correctly After Recent Update

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else experienced issues with their Spanish email templates not displaying properly since the most recent Netcore Cloud update? I noticed that after the update, some of my email templates are showing broken characters (like accents or ñ) and layout distortions in Outlook, while they still look fine in the preview section.

I’ve already double-checked the encoding (UTF-8) and the HTML formatting, but the issue persists. Could this be related to the new template rendering system or a caching problem within Netcore’s platform?

If anyone has found a fix or workaround for this, I’d really appreciate your insights!
